The property was comfortable and we had a quite comfortable stay. Had a recently decorated superior room, which allowed us to enjoy pleasant view of Naples bay and Vesuvius. - the stay certainly was great value for money.

Explanation was prepared in multi languages including Japanese. Bath was clean. Room was wide enough for three persons. The location is very near from the station and convenient.
The room service has mistaken the room number, and they didn't come until I called again after more than an hour. The meal became cold. The amenity goods in the room such as room slippers or shampoos were partially only for two persons. (I reserved the room for three persons.) The body wash towels provided by the hotel had gone on the second night.

decoration of the rome. it is very old. they did not clean my room although i was putting the clean sign. i had a misunderstanding with the hotel concerj when i tried to book a Taxi for the airport, they brought me a Limosine with the double price, and when i say no; they wanted to call the police for me. and when i sayed: OK call them to see how you treat your clients; they told me it is OK you can go!!

The location of the Hotel is very good next to the Termini Station and a few steps from Coloseum
The furniture were old fashioned, the bathroom a little bit disappointing and the breakfast very very poor

Hotel is stationed 200 m from Metro station Termini and you can reach any location in old Rome within 6-7 minutes. Breakfast is good and everything is fine about this hotel - no objections.

Location close to train and subway transportation. Staff at desk very helpful.
Somewhat difficult to find. We took the train from the airport. Upon leaving the train the exit sign places you on a street along the side of the station instead of the main entrance. Also the hotel sign does not include the words "Bettoja". We saw "Mediterraneo" and kept walking.

staff, breakfast, location
yes. the isolation in terms of noise was poor. I woke up because of the beeping of elevator, talking in the corridor etc.
